TMAF establishment in 2006 is a reflection of Ronald and Agatha Wakyereza’s humble background whose history reveals how God guides individuals to serve Him honestly.

The couple using savings from their low income earnings constructed TMAF headquarters in Jinja Municipal Council where The Agatha Foundation Medical Center was located, between, 2005 to 2012. Later the Headquarters were transferred to Kawera Estate Block 530, Mukono Municipal Council. This measure was taken in order to consolidate work at Gilgal Medi Care,  Mbale, Vine Medi Care, and Ephratah Processors, Mukono respectively
